I present on topics related to human resilience, healthy aging, clinical nutrition, and qualitative research. My presentations integrate current research with practical applications for healthcare professionals, community organizations, educators, and the public.
My doctoral research examined how community-dwelling older women cultivate and sustain resilience throughout their lives. Using constructivist grounded theory, this work identified everyday practices that support adaptation, well-being, and healthy aging despite significant life challenges.
